Bill Champlain does some of the backgrounds along with Phil Perry. That gospel sounding hi vocal in the end of the tune is the great Phil Perry.

@MrEightiesforever They don't make em' like that anymore, do they. One of my favorite bands, and of course my favorite band of the eighties! Have to agree w/ you Mr 80, it was, and still is, a phenomenal music ahead of its time. Wish they were still together....

@SMGJazz I'm not 100% sure but if I recall the backup vocals on "Man of a thousand dances" I believe is Bill Champlin. I used to have the album and still have the CD but it is stored away in California. But if you happen to look at the liner notes, I think it says Bill Champlin. Go ahead and check, and let me know....
