It was an actual magazine back in ´98-00 and only a few hundred copies (I think) were made per issue and I was one of the subscribers. So I don't think you'll find much on the magazine from the internet.

The one you replied to I read years ago in the Hotel Asylum fan magazine where Nuno explained this stuff from each song on the debut album.

I'm sure you know this one, Nuno used a screw driver on the solo for Money (In god we trust) on the Pornograffiti album.

I knew the Bill Vegas thing. But I didn't know Pessia was on the cover. Pretty cool. Nuno is actually one of the coolest people I've ever met. Incredible musician. Extreme has a lot of backstory stuff too.

Yup, that's life. We're hear to learn. Did you know that "I wanna be your friend" is a song about this crazy fan who used to steal Nuno's underwear from his hotel room? And the phrases "moon was cracked" and "clouds were dirty" on this song (Too Late) were written by his daughter Bebe. There's some cool backstories to Nuno's songs.

Nuno played the drums on this record under the alias "Billy Vegas" and they had to use someone for the album cover to be "the drummer", they chose Nuno's then-guitar technician, Joey Pessia. Jeff Consi played drums on the next MW record, Furnished Souls for Rent and on some tracks on the Population 1 album.

Thats not Joey Pessia, Pessia was the bass player for Population 1/Dramagods. The drummer was Jeff Consi. But you're right, Nuno did record the drums for this record. My favorite all-around musician and guitarist, hands down.

Mr. Joey Pessia on the right with a cigarette in his hand. He didn't even play on the album, hah. Great album, got this as an import in the UK when I was visiting there in 99. This album proves that Nuno is not only a great guitarist, singer and songwriter, but also a good drummer.
