Such beautiful lyrics and song altogether. Makes me daydream the past and crazy experiences I had during my time in the California Conservation Corps during my 6 month backcountry Trails experience. Beautiful music

This song should be heard in context of the entire album and even more so with the previous album (Clear Bell) to get the full impact. This is an artist coming into his own after years of building their craft to a point where it works beautifully.

...Am I the only one that just hears random, breathy noise for 2:44? Now I feel like a hater.

Phil Elverum is so down to earth. A pleasure to meet.

#MountEerie 's Phil Elvrum released his second album in a year with #oceanroar . Sounding a lot like Elvrum's previous release, this new #musicvideo shows how little has changed since Mount Eerie made a name for himself oh so many months ago.
