Actually, Justin Pierre sung in a part of one of Fall Out Boy's older songs, "Chicago Is So Two Years Ago," I believe. I haven't listen to them in a long time. And I know the lead singer of Fall Out Boy sings lines in the background on "Everything Is Alright" toward the end of the song. But that's not why people are talking about them though...

ok check it it everyone if im not mistaken the only way MCS and fallout boy are connected is that some of the guys from there respective bands know some of the guys in the other band and i think when MCS first started touring they used to open for fallout boy

fallout boy and motion city soundtrack are two completely different bands. I love them both. Neither of them are copying the other, and just because one came first, doesn't mean that one is better than the other. There are some bands that formed year ago and are much better than bands from '96. And plus fall out boy is on break so I don't even know why they're relevant right now.
