Just starting to learn a little about this group and WOW are they good! I only remember an R&B program playing a song by them they had out in 1989 called "I'm In Danger". Please, you have to look it up on Youtube, they did a live performance on Arsenio Hall and MAN can that lady sing her butt off! I know the song sort of strays from this style posted here, but I think this woman can do just about anything!

I saw them in concert in Macon, GA at a club called Flaming Sally's in the 90's and they rocked the house. We need more bands like Mother's Finest!

I saw them a few times in Atl. most memorable at Bobby Dodd stadium at Ga. Jam with four other bands and they sounded the best, outdoors where the acoustics suck. I never smoked that much weed in a day again. It was soooo hot they had fire hoses out spraying down the people.
