Hmm. Really wicked...except the DRUMMING, which makes me want to go have a nap. CHRIST did J. Kleinman every stink once he decided to become, like, a Solid Rock Drummer. Meaning his playing's no better than a click track, totally antithetical to this sort of scrappy, raw music. Totally dull fills, no grace notes, etc. And Kleinman couldn't even pull robotic off - still always behind the beat, the energy of a fungus. Wyndorf / guitars / etc. as sneering and fuzzy and evil as ever, though.12 years ago

@MrJeppelin Beg to differ....well, slightly. The Nomads are a fabulous band, but in this song they got the leading guitar melody wrong - just check the original by The Third Bardo. Although the tremolo added by the Nomads was adding some extra coolness, Monster Magnet follows the original more closely and still sounds like Monster Magnet. That said, I definitely prefer The Nomads to Monster Magnet for my listening pleasure.12 years ago
