@MentalSelfMutilation He's not really a homosexual. The point of the song is that he has been regularly accused of being homosexual by "normal" men with neuroses and poor taste, but he actually loves women and can pleasure them better than they can.

It's also about a specific instance of an effeminate man who was rejected by a big label A&R man because he thought he was gay, and soon after, the label folded and the artist slept with the A&R guys wife.
