The way I interpret it, is the mother is the "1st planet" and the father is the "2nd planet", and the "3rd Planet" would be the child in the mother's womb, and "The 3rd planet is sure that it's being watched, by an eye in the sky", and the "eye in the sky" being the parents, the mother and father. Normally, a mother and father will feel the baby kick, and observe the mother's stomach as it grows over the pregnancy. "When you get to the promised land", would be speaking of the child's should of been birth, wherein the "promised land" is when the baby is birthed and is now together with the mother and father, and "You're gonna shake the eye's hand", would be referring to the father and/or mother holding the child for the first time. I know it's referring to Isaac in the record, it just made it cleaner for me to type out by saying mother-father. Regardless, this is such a great record. Brings back wonderful memories. Cherished memories.
