I love John Menstrualcramps older stuff. I haven't liked anything he has done since starting Farm Aid. Rain on the Scarecrow was cool, but he started going downhill from there.

I think this shocked people at the MTV awards. I think they just gave a courtesy applause. You could kinda tell people were taken back. I think the two did it just to make some kind of statement. Mellancamp especially was like that. I thought it was the best thing from the awards that year and its the only thing I can remember from it. I liked both these artist although my only other knowledge of Mitch Ryder was the 83 Video "When You Were Mine."
