I guess it's just a matter of personal preference, but overall, I think Prior's voice is a lot more compelling and intriguing.

Without this playlist going in the background, I wouldn't have been able to summon up the vim and vigor to work on my resumes this evening! Spirit fuel. Thank gracious for S.S.. ;)

Great song. The LP belonged to my brother in law and I listened so much that I tottaly ruined it. He is still angry about me!

This reminds me of the summer of 73. Does anyone know where Nigel Pegrum is? (the drummer) Last I heard, he was in Australia. Thanks!

Maddie's almost as good a spoon player as she is a dancer! It's a pity that such a voice had to compete with the wondrous Sandy Denny.

This was my FIRST Steeleye Span song and "Parcel of Rogues" was my first Steeleye Span album. It's wonderful to relive it again and again.

How'dy do, How'dy do and HOW DO YOU DO AGAIN. Oh this is true English Folk at its best. Steeleye span was first heard by me when I was 12. that was over 40 years ago Gaudete. And since then I have loved them so much. They are by far " The Best" folk group that ever was.
