Depending on your definition of both words, it could be described as either music or noise, although this particular song contains consistent time signatures and groovy breakdowns that would lead me to describe it as undeniably music, albeit only just. For real shit check out Tampax Vortex. They make probably the worst sounds ever to be produced by a conscious being. I love it.
