It would be normal if it changed the sound of his voice, not the way he sings. What makes it craps is the influences from AVA that he insists to bring to Blink 182.

Yes, It's changed a lot, but I suppose It's a bit normal: Tom is just a "little" older than in the past and voice change :p (as well as influences from AVA)
