It's refreshing to see an artist defending their work in an intelligent way. It's clear you care quite a bit about your work, which is the most important thing for a musician to do. Hope to see more great tracks in the future, I'm a big fan of your style. The only part of the piece I kind of disliked was the section at 4:47 to 5:03.

And to attempt to clear my name. What I am saying is that I absolutely adore the intro with the 'twisted' vocals(for lack of a better term) however, moderation is key. Had there been some other sounds in there besides the guitar riff(or even variation), bass line, drums I would have adored the rest of the song as well. I keep trying to listen to the song a different way and hear what everyone else is. But I cant bring myself to listen to apx~5mins of the same Scratches, Guitar Sounds, and Drums.

Well that is really awesome to hear. I hope that you had a great time doing it too. The fact of the matter is that I love the remix. If it wasn't for the hyper-repetitive sound. I understand that that this just my taste. But what I am saying is that what you did to a potential brilliant mix, ended up for not.

the band personally asked me to remix the track, and they love it, as andrew , Christian and Pontus have told me on a number of occasions. as a huge miike snow fan myself i was honored to be asked. you clearly have no clue how these things work.

Caacashey and Punknerd97 you clearly have no idea about music production. Every sound on this track apart from those from the original is made from my studio full of old analog synths, not pre made apple loops , garage band sounds or imovie sounds (though isnt i movie a video editing programme)? the drums are programmed, not loops, hits are sampled off various old bits of vinyl and reprogrammed. I am very proud of this remix and ignorant comments like this annoy me immensely.

Frankly I don't care. I prefer this kind of remix (where the original feel is more or less kept in the track but the track is made for clubs), rather than some electro bleeping growling bullcrap!

They played 2-6 bars and looped it. None of this sounds original. I can name several songs that have a very similar sound. All of them are iMovie stock songs.

you know - people behind "garage band" worked hard creating those loops, man! ;)
