Michelle has such a beautiful singing voice and looks amazing in this video. I love this song and think it has a very powerful message. As for the references to self harm in the video...I think self harm is something that should be discussed and highlighted. Personally I have never cut myself or engaged in that type of self harm but I know people who have and I know many people do it. I would strongly advise anyone who is either thinking about self harm or actively engaging in self harm (in whatever form / guise that may take) to seek help from a family member, friend, trusted co-worker or your doctor. Perhaps even a trusted teacher.

This video is a breath of fresh air compared to all the sexual, club, and extra "creative" garbage I see these days. I've been listening to Michelle a lot lately and I must say, her music makes me smile and get through the day with much more positive energy than, for example (and not hating) Rihanna talking about "b&t&H better have my money." I'm just tired of that life. It easy being bad but much more fulfilling being good and doing good unto others.
