"The Windmills of Your Mind" was the main theme to the 1968 film "The Thomas Crown Affair" starring Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway (and also the main theme for the 1999 remake of the film starring Pierce Brosnan and Rene Russo). This track is Legrand's instrumental version. The vocal version on the 1968 soundtrack was performed by Noel Harrison. Numerous versions of the song have been recorded in English (with lyrics by Alan and Marilyn Bergman) and in French as ""Les moulins de mon cœur" (with lyrics by Eddy Marnay).

This is from the original soundtrack of Thomas Crown Affair. (The exact one shown in the video above). Unfortunately I think it is out of print, so you'd have to look for a used cd somewhere. Amazon has used copies available.11 years ago
