(cont...) Nowadays, Christmas decorations/trees are no different from Fourth of July, or Thanksgiving streamers and decorations. It's more secular than it is religious, and secular is only wrong when it overshadows and takes the place of the spiritual. If the Christmas season brings people to Christ, and reminds people of the spiritual then how is it wrong, especially when they know jack about the pagan origins behind it. When Sunday keeping takes over Sabbath keeping - that's a problem!

God was called "Ba'al" which means "Master/Lord". They weren't afraid to use pagan terms in religious settings. Some would argue against the use of the name "Jesus" since it's not the correct transliteration of His name. There was also a non-doctrinal issue regarding food offered to idols. Maybe forgotten by you, but not forgotten by God, or those who care to obey Him. I just showed how Christmas is in direct contradiction to God's Word. Because of pagan idolatrous practices, God cast the Canaanites out of the Promised Land. They were worshippers of Baal, or Nimrod, Tammuz, the sun god, the pagan Messiah. They worshipped the evergreen tree. They observed December 25, in worship of the waning sun, and their sun-god divinity. This whole religious system stemmed from ancient Babylon.

Actually, no intelligent Christian believes December 25 is Christ's birthday. Pagan connotations have long been gone and forgotten. If there is an issue with Christmas, it is more on the issue of it becoming too focused on secular works. To celebrate the birth of Christ would go under the verse that says "some people regard one day" as holy, special, or in the case of Christmas, a time to remember Christ's birth. Traditions of men are only wrong, if they are in direct contradiction to God's word

How can Born-Again believers take something from SATAN and dedicate it to our Lord Jesus Christ? It is strange fire! The Puritans, who fled from Roman Catholic Doctrine, came from England and OUTLAWED this observance. Christ-Mass came from a mass for Christ, and just that fact alone should cause alarm, for the Catholic Mass is one of demonic deprivation and truly blasphemes the Blood at Calvary's Cross. You honestly want to observe something whose roots stem from blaspheming the Blood of Christ?

December 25th is NOT Jesus' birthday, this is a LIE. The Bible does not tell us to celebrate His birthday, it tells us to NOT WORSHIP like the HEATHEN do, and do not commit IDOLATRY. Christ-mass is Catholic idolatry, and comes from Satanic Baal worship. The Bible tells Christians to NOT touch what is UNclean, and to be separate from the world. Going to church on December 25th, or celebrating Christ-mass is an abomination, by mixing holy with UNholy, and is disobeying what the Bible teaches.
