RIP Michael. I had the opportunity to see him in Bend, Oregon 1996 at the Pinkney Theatre. The following day he gave an impromtu performance in a guitar shop in Bend. I was able to express to him my appreciation for how he has influenced my life. He signed a CD I brought with me. Watching My Life Go By. When I asked him to sign it, He seemed a bit taken aback and expressing to me those vocal days were a long ways away, then he played Rickover's Dream in the guitar shop. How cool is that? He was an incredible artist and I miss him to this this day.
