i don't mean to sound like a "wet blanket" but noise rock doesn't begin and end with the jesus lizard. i mean, don't get me wrong. TJL are a great band and i'm sure metz has heard a few of their albums, but it's an easy comparison to make & imo too many people make it when talking about noise bands. this might sound silly but to hear people comparing all noise bands to TJL just because it's easy kind of denigrates what these guys are trying to do.12 years ago
