This was later released as a song called "Waves". According to last.fm: ‘Waves’ is a bonus track from Metric’s fourth album ‘Fantasies’. The song was made available to fans who pre-ordered the Limited Edition version of the album from the band’s official website on 03/03/2009.

I love them both but only have this version. I miss seeing them live though (today makes a year) so this makes me feel a bit like I'm back being 30 ft. away from her.

I think I like this version better than "Waves." This feels more like Metric. I guess they went in the other direction because of Fantasies' positivy. Still awesome, though. Thanks for uploading. :)
