-LYRICS-

I can't remember anything

Can't tell if this is true or dream

Deep down inside I feel the scream

This terrible silence stops it there

Now that the war is through with me

I'm waking up, I cannot see

That there's not much left of me

Nothing is real but pain now

Hold my breath as I wish for death

Oh please god, help me

Back in the womb it's much too real

In pumps life that I must feel

But can't look forward to reveal

Look to the time when I'll live

Fed through the tube that sticks in me

Just like a wartime novelty

Tied to machines that make me be

Cut this life off from me

Hold my breath as I wish for death

Oh please god, wake me

Now the world is gone I'm just one

Oh god, help me

Hold my breath as I wish for death

Oh please god, help me

Darkness imprisoning me

All that I see

Absolute horror

I cannot live

I cannot die

Trapped in myself

Body my holding cell

Landmines has taken my sight

Taken my speech

Taken my hearing

Taken my arms

Taken my legs

Taken my soul

Left me with life in hell

It's a miracle that hetfield still has a voice left after all the years of him singing like this....sounds awesome but that's hell on a person's voice let me tell you cause I know. Justice For All album was his best vocals in my opinion because he pushed his voice beyond what is normal. Not good for vocals lol but dammit it sounds so awesome !!! Favorite album because of how hard it is and his awesome vocals on it....ROCKS

Jason reminds me of my brother. He was a huge growler. He also joined a band at 19 but he died at 27 in 2005. He loved his band, lead the band in 2001. Sang songs like this.

I love the climax and how each member comes in separately at the start! Love it.

Saw someone mention the Beatles in comments.. Beatles are so overrated it's not even funny. I don't give a shit what anyone says about that. Metallica rules over anything the Beatles did

this is for all you metallica haters out there. FUCK YOU! Thats all. this band right here CHANGED the face of metal and rock period. Everybody saying PantarA did does not realize that before PanterA there was who, METALLICA BABY!!!!!! They broke barriers, and proof that you can shred with melody. METALLICA is a household name not too mention the fact that they even stepped out of the box and tried new twists to that raw METALLICA sound. trace every band back to 1992 to now. there is not one band that METALLICA hasent inspired in one way or another. This is the most succesful and will always be the most memorable band in history.and ill argue with anyone to my death who says any differently.YOU WANT HEAVY, 'TALLICA GIVES YOU HEAVY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!P.S. I fucking love pantara. "Dimebag" Darrell Lance Abbot was my guitar hero.

James' voice isn't back he's just trying to make it come back and he's doing a great job he sounds amazing now. He surprised me when I saw the first showing of the Through the Never when Kirk came to Houston. I really love his new voice.
