It was strictly live performances of the band recorded by the fans and freely traded/distributed/uploaded to youtube WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE BANDS.

The bands have encouraged fans to tape their shows and we don't understand why you see fit to delete this channel.

This channel has not violated any laws. It does not contain any offensive, violent or distrubring material. It is suitable for all ages. Once again these are live performances of the band, not albums recorded in studio. The fans have taped the shows themselves with their own cameras. It is not fair that you remove this channel as you still allow live performances of other bands on youtube. We ask you kindly to get this channel back as there are no videos that violate your policy.

This must be a huge misunderstanding on your behalf. The fans and metallica own the right to the shows they taped, not warner, not youtube!
