Lizzie Douglas (June 3, 1897 – August 6, 1973), known as Memphis Minnie, was a blues guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter whose recording career lasted from the 1920s to the 1950s. She recorded around 200 songs, some of the best known being "Bumble Bee", "Nothing in Rambling", and "Me and My Chauffeur Blues". Her performances and songwriting made her well known in a genre dominated mostly by men.-Wikipedia

Radio host Roy Forbes (of "Roy's Record Room" weekly show, CKUA) today played the B-side of Bob Dylan's 1966 "Just Like a Woman" 45 single which is the song "Obviously Five Believers," also found on the Blonde on Blonde L.P. Roy suggested Bob was influenced by Memphis Minnie's "Me & My Chauffeur Blues," (as well as by the song "Good Morning Little School Girl") in writing his song, & yes, I can hear a resemblance clearly! Good ears, Roy!
