honestly i think the tron strings in my ancient emu vintage keys are decent lol. This is hardly the only place to find mellotron sounds, if you're on a budget go with a vst or if you can go a little higher get a nord wave (access to lots of melly sounds which are good). This instrument does make me drool though. Looks sweet + quality keyboard. Though its a niche item it also happens to be a wicked one. Would look beast with a white moog voyager on top. :)
