She got screwed cuz the judges pulled a nasty trick on Jordan Sparks toward the end, tricking her into thinking she'd been voted off, and from then on, she got the sympathy vote cuz of that nasty trick. The only mistake Melinda made was to repeat a song (I'm A Woman) in the episode before she got kicked off. She really should have done a new selection. I think it was the episode where they had three songs to sing. She was my favorite, plus Candace Glover, as well. I'd like to hear those two ladies sing together.
