Not all of kyivites are that bad, my friend. There are exclusions: some of them are hardly fighting with all types of "moscow-isation" movement. And You know, for some of them to be ukrainian is a matter of choice, not an easy-given thing. To speak ukrainian in a totally russian-speaking society is much harder than doing this in Western part of Ukraine.

Yeah, that's Kyiv. Easterners. They speak russian and are completely different from us westerners. We're actually true Ukrainians and we speak the tongue. They're a mix of russians and others. But this song is what matters. Truly beautiful, I always think about my loved ones while listening to this)

They look rather ethnic in the second part. At least they look very Ukrainian to me. The park zone in the video - it's Feofania Park nearby Kyiv. Pretty place, i must admit. And the street shots looks like Khreschatik, i'm almost sure.
