They are back after 18 years! Live performance of Maywood (Alice May and Caren Wood). This sister pop singers had a big succes in the 70's and 80's with many hits like 'Rio', ''Late at Night'', ''Give Me Back My Love''... and much more!
This concert is named ''LEKKER'' and has conceived and sung the Dutch popular singer Gerard Joling. He brought the two ladies of Maywood back together, after a break-up for 18 years. They are a guest-performance at his concert. The ladies are a little bit older now, but they have not become older in their voices! Especially the voice of Caren is very intact.
Enjoy it!! Its live sung in 2013 at the Dutch concert palace: Ziggo Dome Amsterdam.
UPDATE:
Last month (august 2014) they did their final performance together. I am sure that many fans will be dissapointed, but the past was too much for both ladies. I hope this time Caren could sing their old songs solo too, because the last time Alice took the music rights and Caren could not sing the songs by herself.
