from the London stage musical "Sing A Rude Song" 1970.

Written by Caryl Brahms and Ned Sherrin. Produced and arrangements by Maurice Gibb.

Maurice made a brief attempt to break into acting, playing a role in a short-lived West End musical, Sing A Rude Song.

While the musical didn't earn rave reviews, Maurice's performance was said to be one of its bright spots.

Who else thinks that Mo's wonderful album "The Loner" should be released at long last? It's kind of been rotting away for 39 years... Some bonus tracks would be nice too. :-)

I met Maurice in London, in his dressing room of the Garrick Theatre after seeing this show in 1970. I can tell anyone who likes him and wasn't lucky enough to meet him, that he was the most wonderful person I've ever met in my life. He was as friendly, happy, beautiful, lovely and charming as he always seemed. I loved you then Maurice, I love you still. Never forgotten, always remembered with love and missed greatly.
