The release of this album spurred me to listen to Opium and Witchazel which I haven't been able to turn off all week. And while at first I couldn't quite tell if there was a bit of jokester to some of the choices in the songs, the more I listen to them, the more the sincerity and depth is coming through to me and the genius of the layering and textures. I've pre-ordered and am listening to snippets on itunes- can't get enough of it already. I'm sad that I missed seeing him touring recently, having already missed him when he toured Witchazel.
