Hello Terry, I only knew your music from the gospelmusic you and your brother made - and that I do appreciate for a long time allready. But I love this song as well! Thank you, and greetings from the Netherlands, EU.

I heard this song the first time back in 1968 on the radio, I taped it onto a cassette, they said the song was banned because the Govt was worried that it would give people Ideas.. I kept that cassette all those years, it was my only link to it.. I'm glad I found it on youtube along with a lot of others of your songs... you guys were so far ahead of the rest...

My brother went out and bought every copy of this album he could find in our hometown. I still have two. The songs on this album tapped into the current issues facing American society at the time. I was about 11 maybe when he came in with a stack of the same album. He was excited though. Bought them for all his buddies. but listen too the songs all the time. What I love about this album is the imagery it creates in your mind. You can see everything happening when you listen to the words. Plus the album cover is just too cool

I remember listening to this song on a transistor radio in my faded blue jean shirt pocket on my paper route! Oh how the ol' blood still Boils every time I hear this song! Back then I was just rebellious youth expecting endless Vietnam, hmm, ...  We thank you for saving & sharing this timeless treasure!
