It's ok to feel sad and hurt and to cry but you're stronger than you think you are. Move on because it may not have meant to be. You'll find someone who loves you for who you are and will treat you the right way and then you hold onto him because that kind of love is true and is hard to find. Get back up on your feet and enjoy your life because it can be cut short. This is what the song means and I really like it because it represents how strong we can be and is a great way to remind everybody who is going through a heartbreak that even if we think we can't make it through, we are not alone and we are tough.

I was looking for a different song by her and then thought of this one. I used to watch CMT a lot, especially in the mornings when the music was on. One day I saw this video and later I actually wrote a song inspired by it. I don't think about it much since it was so long ago, but it's really cool looking back.
