They have their haters, but I'm a fan. I liked this on the radio, but when I heard a rich MP3 of the recorded version, and it was an AutoTuned disaster. Live, the band play it a half-step lower, which is perfect for his voice. I feel this is one of the most beautiful ballads I've ever heard, I've been playing it on guitar and singing it for a few years now, but it's so sad, so beautiful, it's a struggle to get through without choking up in tears, as it has a personal meaning to me.

I've heard beautiful songs in my life and I'v lived a long time. But this song is one of the best of the best. It's my prediction that this group will be the biggest band in America within 3 years if they stay togeter . Kind of a Genesis sound but much more accomplished.........wish I had signed them.

@seperatedout Obviously you've never been in a studio then... Everything's digital, all done on a computer. So i don't see how it could be damaged other than people making bootleg copies off Youtube. These guys pump out easily $5000 on a CD for the Recording alone, not to mention all the Mastering that goes into it. Easily a $7000 Professional piece of art. Maroon 5 is an AMAZING band, i want to sing this outside of a girls window someday.
