the phrasing is too on the beat, compared to the us version. the producer probably made them all to stick to the sheet music, seeing as it was early sixties uk. you can't write good phasing down on paper, as jimmy clanton demonstrated.10 years ago

Songs from that era are so ageless. I suppose it's because, in my case, I was 21 that year, and the world seemed young too. I checked out Marks career on Wikipedia, and was surprised at his very long and successful years as an actor, in all genre. Excellent He was also awarded a medal MBE? for bravery, because he was nearly killed in a air crash at London airport in 1968, where he saved the life of another passenger. Mark was setting out for Australia, to get married. Amazing!10 years ago
