Well this is one of my all time favourites. Ok Jacques Brel may not have done it in this way. But what is the point of making a copy. Take Mariah Carey. She shouldn't have attempted All By Myself, unless she had something new to add to it.....If you know what I mean.11 years ago

I'm flying from Texas to England in December to see Marc on my birthday... I've seen him once solo and once with Soft Cell... and this song is one of the main reasons for the trans-atlantic trek. There's no way he can do a 30-year revue w/out Jacky14 years ago

for what it's worth, i am not a mad MA fan, i don't particularly like cabaret or camp, but i can appreciate brel. i can however appreciate talent, and this is marvellous. as someone else said on an earlier post, it IS different to the original, but almond's respect of brel is obvious, and this is a great performance.14 years ago
