Of all songs written about wars, especially the Vietnam cluster****, the emotions expressed in this song speaks volumes about D. Bielanko's songwriting strength. It captures the insanity of the moment, the sheer terror facing the troops, the old VFW guys vs new ("...the japs could kill you best"), lyrics like "the sky is filled with shrapnel, your eyes are filled with tears", no words are wasted in this, a song that can emotionally move you to a very scary place. "HOLD YOUR BREATH BOYS"
