i hear you, back then i had the definitions of "underrated" and "overlooked" mixed up. but even so, elzhi is still underrated especially by the people who only listened to him because of elmatic, most ppl started to think he's just a nas copycat or ridin' nas dick to get some buzz.

i wouldnt say elzhi is underrated he is just slept on...whoever hears him spit knows instantly that hes one of the greats...no one ever says hes not all that while a lot of people only know lupe for his mainstream stuff and dont give him credit for songs like this

lupe is NOT underrated. Lupe IS, although, somewhat unkown. Everyone who listens to Lu knows exactly how incredibly lyrical he is (those who actually bother to listen to lyrics, that is). It's just that, for whatever reason, he doesn't atrract as much attention as rappers like Wayne or Gucci. Its a sad thing really...
