Not bad, but I still much prefer Nick Drake's version. The quicker tempo, higher key, and basic stripped down sound adds more of a sense of urgency and desperation to the song. This one just sounds too overproduced IMHO.

This song featured in a movie from '97 called "Eye Of God". I heard it in that film and this cover is what actually turned me into a Nick Drake fan. Many years later I have everything of his and am so pleased to have found Williams' cover here. Beautiful!
