Back in the day she was our (Canadian) pop star, powerful, confident, amazing voice, and she never had to sell out to some image. Now I am forced to look at MTV on the screens at the gym and see generic quasi naked pop stars shaking their asses or Nicki Minaj's crack, that are demanding the attention of the masses. Gross and tragic indeed.

This is one of my favourite songs growing up. My parents always had CHFI FM 98 on and this one of the songs that always played :)

This has always been one of my top ten favourite 80s tunes. It's a shame Luba didn't stay in the music business longer. A vastly underrated artist, and all of her songs are absolute classics, to say nothing of being classic Canadiana from that era.

Awesome classic masterpiece from this female artist Luba. Can't stop playing this retro video and in my head and her being Canadian, gives me love for our own.
