@MrScottydabody well if my grand mother could uphold her physic like he did, then i wouldn't blame her for wanting to show off, he is just embrassing what he earned through his years of work, LL is my hero, my apparel is the same as his in his music videos because i can afford to buy stuff like that at second hand stores but i am 14, i am happy he dresses like this because then i know what to wear

@MrScottydabody I hear you but I honestly feel he is dressing in what he feels comfortable in and that is a more hip-hop style of dress...Russell Simmons is at least 53 and still wears fitted caps and shell toe adidas...he is very hip-hop in his style....just because you're maturing doesn't mean you can't still dress and be hip-hop...the music and culture is getting older but hip-hop is still essentially hip-hop....

@hiphoplegend1 i almost agree with you that ll cool j is hip hop, and would add that hip hop can be any kind of dress style, as it has been demonstrated with numerous groups and genres over the years. what i was suggesting is that ll cool j doesn't have to market himself as if he's 25 anymore because hip hop has evolved beyond the traditional mainstream stereotype, and that means that ll cool j can allow his persona to grow and mature as his most devoted fans have grown and mature over the years
