I love Live with Ed, but, truly, people, get over it: this is good stuff. Love this guys voice.

An amazing record although this song is kinda subpar. This album as a whole rivals anything this band has ever done. Anybody who listens to Sirens Call, 6310 Rogerton, He Could teach The Devil Tricks, Don't Run To Wait, We Open The Door.......the entire album except this song is flat out wicked and way better than anything Ed has made for over 15 years. Chris is 20 times the singer Ed is right now at present and this album proves without a single doubt that they are much MUCH better off without him

There was an edge to Ed's voice and it is sorely missing unfortunately. Best of luck to the new band here, but it's just not the same.

Not the same... Without the original singer... Edward Kowalczyk..

I genuinely enjoy Chris Shinn on vocals. It sucks Ed is no longer a part of the band but to be honest I thought "The Turn" was a fantastic album, and seeing the live in concert is incredible. They put on one hell of a show.

Looking at Ed lately, I'm glad he's gone. This song kicks arse - and the album!

Lastly, if you want ED? Go listen to him and stay the fuck away from this band. They don't need your negativity. If you were ever a fan, you would know that they were never about any of that. They represented love, peace and spirtitual well being. If you know any of them personally, that's what they are like as human beings. If you don't like them anymore, leave. They were Live in the beginning. Ed was invited into their band afterwards. Then decided to cheat them out of what was all of theirs. The proof is in the fact that he settled in court. You can see it in the face culture interview he does where the interviewer asks him some pointed questions and he looks like a deer caught in the headlights. He stutters and blubbers and then gets angry at the interviewer for asking him these questions. He's a liar, flat out. The band is happy now and it shows. Their live shows are miles better than anything over the past ten years and Chris Shinn is a great singer and an even better human being. THIS brotherhood, the love, the music the spirituality.....this is what Live was always about and what they have come back to. Be happy for them or leave. Your negativity isn't needed here. Go friend Ed and enjoy his music and let us enjoy a band that is back to making superb music

Listen to V, BOP and SFBM. Those were ED. Listen to TC, SS and TDTH....those were all classic Live. Listen to this new album and it's as plain as day to see that this album is PURE LIVE. 6310 Rogerton, Sirens Call, Don't Run To Wait, We Open The Door, He could Teach the devil tricks, Need Tonight.....these are all excellent songs that have all the earmarks of classic Live. Listen to the actual music in need Tonight and tell me you can't picture that fitting perfectly on SS? Or 6310 Rogerton on TDTH? DRTW on Throwing Copper? We open the door on any of these albums? Judging this band on this one song is pure unadulterated stupidity. It is probably the worst song on the album. It is generic and probably made specifically for the radio. The rest of the album is absolutely superb and 6310 Rogerton IMO is one of the best songs this band has ever produced. The story telling is back, the relevance is back, the eerie background sounds are back. LIVE is back and just as good as they were before that bals douche bag took ove and ruined their legacy with V, BOP and SFBM. Those 3 albums were not LIVE, they were Ed and they sucked ass. The music sucked horribly and the evidence of that is in the droves of fans who turned, laughed their fucking asses off and walked away shaking their heads. Listening to Ed's music now? Nowehre even close to being as good as any of this.

Get a few things straight, Ed was NOT the main composer of LIVE. Second, this album IS LIVE. Anyone who listens to We Open the door, Need Tonight, Sirens Call, He Could Teach The Devil Tricks, Don't Run To Wait and 6310 Rogerton, can tell easily that THIS IS LIVE. Their last 3 albums were ED's version of LIVE and they ALL sucked. Millions of fans deserted them because the music went to complete shit. When you listen to this record, it is obvious who the MAIN contributors to the first four albums were. Ed wrote the lyrics to some of the earlier music and contributed to SOME of the melodies and that's all he did. Listen to We open the door and tell me that\s not classic LIVE? Listen to need tonight and tell me that\s not LIVE? That 20 years ago, you could've inserted Ed into these songs and they wouldn't have been LIVE? Listen to the actual music in 6310 Rogerton and Don't Run to wait and tell me that's not classic LIVE? Because it's not only classic Live, it's what LIVE SHOULD have become until ED took over and we got fed SHIT like V, BOP and SFBM. Those were Ed's contributions. MJ, TC, SS, TDTH and now the Turn are all LIVE and they all fit together perfectly

Let's face it, Live with Ed was getting stale. No, wait, it was stale. Sure he's a beast live, but as far as writing goes, haven't heard anything interesting come out of him for awhile. This album is just solid. I was very skeptical before listening, but it blew me away. These guys have a breath of fresh air in the band and it shows. Hoping to catch them live this year!
