i find nothing of racism in this material..the dr king speech is in outrage of the vietnam conflict and the effects that it was having upon all people..and the song is of personal struggle...i think sometimes too much is read into artists work .the message i take is to let go of the past and just live.i could be way off ...but i dont think so .

Ya que facebook me pregunta, tengo algo que decir. Si querés tomate 5-10-15 minutos, o no, pero lo voy a decir igual. Hace no muchos días ví a un ex vecino sentado con la cabeza gacha al lado de la cruz de donde falleció su hijo hace un tiempo; escuché la historia de una madre que perdió a su hija de 6 años por la inseguridad; ví y veo gente en la calle con hambre sufriendo la más horrible falta de dignidad de todo ser humano; veo los problemas que están teniendo en los continentes vecinos donde se mata gente impunemente por el simple hecho de la extrema violencia (porque otra justificación no tiene) y calificando la muerte de esos seres humanos “en nombre de Dios”: niños decapitados, gente crucificada en medio de las plazas, niños apuntados con armas, montañas de personas que son fusiladas… Y decidí que realmente yo no tengo problemas en absoluto. Mis problemas… no son problemas en realidad. Tengo la suerte de poder estar viviendo mi sueño, de poder estar sentada frente a una computadora manifestando mis sentimientos, tengo la suerte de ver crecer a mi hijo con una sonrisa en la cara, tengo un techo, tengo comida, tengo abrigo, tengo amigos y gente con la que compartir, puedo amar y ser amada, e inclusive sufrir por amor, tengo a mi lado un buen amigo y compañero que entiende absolutamente todas mis miserias y puede darme la mayor paz y tranquilidad comprendiéndolas… Hablando con uno de mis maestros me di cuenta que todos los seres humanos tenemos miserias en nuestra vida y que hay gente excepcional que supo entenderlas y amar al hombre tal cual es, comprendiendo su naturaleza. Por tanto llegué a la conclusión de que amo estar viva, de poder saber y conocer que lo más lindo de vivir es que el futuro es incierto y eso le dá un sabor distinto. Invito a todos, a cada uno, a que dedique un tiempo de su día a rezar por todo lo que está sucediendo en este mundo. No importa la religión que tengan, no importa en lo que crean, pero de alguna manera elevar una oración por el bienestar de la humanidad y sentarse a ver realmente los problemas de cada uno y salir, solucionarlos, dar un vuelco en nuestras vidas porque es momento de evolucionar. Ya no se puede permitir que más gente inocente sufra y sobre todo los niños que son la perfecta evidencia de la inocencia del ser humano.
