The way people take out the other audio in the songs and not the vocals is actually pretty simple, you just have to have a(n) audio editing software like most adobe products, Sony products, or any other off brand audio editing software. The way music and most audio is made is by adding it together in layers and not just one whole product so what a lot of people do who make acapella videos like this is they just isolate the vocal layer or they can just take out the backgorund noise, the background being the beats and such. Its just like doing normal audio editing to were you just want to take out fuzz and pops in the backgorund but on a little bit of a bigger scale. Im pretty sure you can do it on i think its called garage beats or something like that on almost all Mac devices, there are plenty of tutorial videos on how to do these kinds on things on youtube.
