The music scend from the early 90's until now is absolutely deplorable. Whatever happened to musicianship and solid vocals. For those who like to argue my opinion, this is what I have to say: Friends of mine who back in the sucked so bad and weren't even allowed to sing backups are not fronting and serving as the lead singers in various bands. The kicker is, there has been no improvement in their singing and they still suck. The difference is, the bar has been LOWERED so much that most people don't know the difference.

Yes, I realized the concerts were great at the time. However, most of the musicians were doing very well at the time and it was just one more notch in our belt. Looking back, the 70s were definitely the highlight of many a career.

I was 7 yrs old when this concert took place, and I have to say, this is one of the sexiest musicians I've everrr heard/seen!

I was the music director for these concerts. For the record: Mike Porcaro was NOT the bass player. It was Bob Glaub. And David Paich & Boz wrote the songs.

Silk Degrees was really the first Toto album in many ways, I don't think David Paich and Jeff Porcaro wrote better songs than the ones on Silk Degrees (maybe not until Toto IV).

Nice to see a Yamaha SG being used. Probably the most underrated guitare ever.

You're correct. Hungate was spending the holidays with family when Boz did this special New Year's Eve show. I apologized 2 months ago but you didn't see my response.
