What I ment was, Smoke Rings is my personal favourite LA song. OMG!!! You are so lucky to have been at that gig. I saw the full-length concert on youtube and was put into a trance by it; I would have loved to have had a front row seat there but being 13/14 years old in 1985 when it was recorded, I don`t think I`d have been left in. I think-think she came to my hometown Cork (Ireland) about 10 years ago now but it was only after the gig I found out about it. ):

Though this is a matter of taste, so there can really be no such thing as one "best," I humbly and respectfully disagree. Gravity's Angel, Excellent Birds, and Kokoku are all in the running as well. I was lucky enough to see HotB live in Boston; the single most impressive artistic event I've ever experienced. I was literally entranced -- hypnotized -- by the repetitive patterns of sound&vision, and didn't come out of it for hours. Better than most of the drugs [I've heard tell of].
