Charlotte McGinnis was half of a comedy duo with Paul Reubins before he became PeeWee Herman. There's a late 70s clip of them on YOutube doing wacky sound effects on the Gong Show.

Her name is Charlotte McGinnis and she died in 2006. I was too rather intrigued who plays the maid. Original poster (Carlosmiller) should mention this with in video information area. Also (1984) the year video was made.
