I love this song...totally based around War or Hands of Time by Sourcerers Apprentice. A great tribute. C'mon Pete!

Bugle...bag....cocaine

shakey jakey

the start is someone sniffing cocaine and 'bugle' is slang for cocaine. So im guessing its related to that. maybe kicking the habit. " I'm glad to see we're still tight The bonds that tie a man are tight Yet we do what we do With ritual hability All through the night" " Inside I felt So, so alone Locked in a room Waiting til kingdom come Although I felt elated I felt like I was scum"

And the entire medium of pop has always been openly self-referential, so to expect anything different is just foolish, and to expect a disclaimer along the lines of "this song was inspired by another" is, frankly, bizarre. Stop being condescending and start thinking. Why do you feel the need to be aggressive? Why the superiority complex?

Have you ever read the thing, moron? It's a tapestry of quotations, a montage. Make sure you do your research before you go picking arguments you can't win and tossing around insults.

Next you'll be telling us they 'ripped off' the title from watching too many Remembrance Day broadcasts. Nothing is 100% original, people are always influenced by what came before and deliberately referring to it in your creation is often a form of tribute. Do you think TS Eliot's 'The Wasteland' is a "total ripoff" too?

Used to listen to this when I done security at night on my own in a building i'm sure was haunted seemed earily appropriate somehow.
