Kay Hanley (n. 11 de septiembre de 1968) es una intérprete y cantante de rock. Es conocida por ser la vocalista del grupo Letters to Cleo.Hanley nació en Dorchester, Massachusetts. Curiosamente, se crio en la calle de Donnie y Mark Wahlberg. Fue miembro de Letters To Cleo de 1990 a 2000 (la duración de la existencia de la banda).
