I cleaned up the image and replaced the sound with a pre-FM source. Why? A company called Showtime recently released a DVD called "Live Confessions" containing this show but didn't bother to take the effort to give us fans the best quality. Besides they placed their big ugly logo throughout the entire video. Shame on you! This is how it could have been.

Elefante killed it, to fill Walsh's shoes was nothing short of a miracle, and John pulled it of almost effortlessly, or so he made it seem.

ELEFANTE MATTERED,he alone took KANSAS FORWARD, the rhythm section is designed for vocals, and he had plenty,to play with KANSAS would have been his highest honor

As much as i like Steve Walsh, John Elefante did not embarass himself at all in Kansas. I like his voice.

AWESOME TUNE !! I really did appreciate the version of this band...side note.. The lighting gig was silly - no technology back then in that dept...

Such Power and Grace from an awesome collaboration of musicians whom many just happen to be Christians! Love them! Mr. Elefante's vocals were a nice + to this amazing band!

It was actually my poor attempt at humor. I actually know who the singer is. I just made the comment because both he and Leo have that frizzy hair.

That's not Sayer--John Elefante was the vocalist for KANSAS at the time.

Kerry is a great player as well, give a listen to the solo's on Hold On and People Of The South Wind. Great stuff, but yes indeed Rich is a fantastic player.
