This very endearing-and-stirring pastoral-duet between Ms Judy Garland and Ms Connie Gilchrist ( her singing voice was dubbed by Ms Mary Kent ) is quite confounding, heartrending, and sweet-sounding.This evanescent-yet-truly-luminescent musical sequence - showcasing the acting prowess of Ms Garland in her brief emotional encounter with the cleaning lady whose ambition of pursuing her stroke of luck in New York theater is just like hers - is simply credible and exactly memorable as well as "feasible-and-sensible" when applied in real life even though things may not always accomplish as thought out. There's no doubt that life is at all time hard-bitten,low-down,and nerve-racking.But still nothing is unobtainable if there's a solid circuit of deftness, firmness, rashness, and soundness as evidently embodied in the starry-eyed,rose-colored character of Ms Judy Garland in her 1943 MGM Presenting Lily Mars. Her disarming-and-heartwarming interpretation of Mr Karl Hoschna and Mr Otto Harbach's vintage song is far-and-away eminently beautiful-and-powerful as if the world stands still whenever this excellent-and-resilient lady performs her numbers on the big or small screens.

I'm in hell now, though I'm sure Judy is shown constantly in heaven.
