I totally get what's wrong with this performance. There was no rhythm in her vocals. When Gloria Estefan sings it she owns the rhythm in her voice and it's very tight and controlled... here Jordin misses this very important aspect and although she sounds pitch perfect she just doesn't cut it.

Why is the camera like, ALWAYS on her.? Is this the original version that aired? There's no slow zoom-in shots or the side to side panning shot.
