One of the great songs we love to play from time to time is 'Hot Rod Lincoln'.Most people would know the Commander Cody & His Lost Planet Airmen version, but we're kind of partial to the Johnny Bond version, which was a reasonable chart hit in the US in 1960.Written and originally recorded by by Charlie Ryan in 1955...as an answer song to the original 'Hot Rod Race' by Arkie Shibley...a hit in 1951.
